Home Monitor
Home Media's Monitoring software is designed to keep home computers running optimally and problem free. The best freeware utilities are installed and run automatically to keep your computer running smoothly. The Home Monitor with also watch for potential hardware and software problems, reporting any issues to Home Media Central. We will contact you if there is any action required.
Home Monitor will provide you with the following free software:
- AVG Home Edition - Anti-Virus software
- Microsoft Defender - Anti-spyware software
- ADAware Anti-Spyware - Anti-spyware software
- K-9 - Internet Web Site filtering
- CCleaner - File cleaner software
The software will be automatically updated and executed, you do not have to configure it, remember to run it, or update it. All issues are reported back to Home Media Central. If there is something you need to know about we will contact you immediately. All other issues will be itemized in a once a month email.
For service and support issues, we will use Windows Remote Desktop to help diagnose and fix home computer problems, without requiring an on-site visit.
